1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar twin
Boil raisins and add 3 tablespoons cornstarch in enough water to make like thin paste. Thicken raisins and pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with crust. Bake at 375 degrees until crust is done.

I would suggest using Agave Nectar instead of Sugar Twin.
I find it is way healthier for you, and is not even that expensive (I think if you buy in Bulk you can get 5 liters of the stuff for 40$.)
