DIABETIC COOKIES

1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. shortening

Boil all ingredients for 3 minutes and let cool. Add:2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
1/4 c. white sugar substitute
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
